Associate Product Manager

The Associate Product Manager supports the development, launch, and ongoing management of healthcare products, helping the team execute product strategies and deliver strong clinical and commercial outcomes for customers.

Job Summary

• Assist in managing product lifecycle activities including market requirement gathering, launch planning, and post-launch analysis.
• Conduct competitive analysis, gather voice-of-customer insights, and monitor industry trends to inform product direction.
• Support development of business cases for new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on product initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned product categories, supporting customer demonstrations and guiding internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain product documentation, roadmaps, and performance dashboards.
• Monitor product performance metrics such as sales, margin, and customer feedback, and provide recommendations for improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role (internships acceptable).
• Strong data analysis capabilities, including comfort using analytics tools and interpreting product data to support decisions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or analytics tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or German in addition to English.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, gather customer insights, and evaluate competitive products.
