Work-Life Balance:

• Sunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Saturday, 6:00am-4:30pm
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 6am-4:30pm
• Wednesday - Saturday, 4pm-2:30 with $3/hr shift differential
• 3 weeks (120 hours) of PTO from day ONE

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair trailer and Class 8 equipment issues
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
• Complete repair order and maintenance documentation accurately and on time
• Identify and properly classify repairs, including:
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Component failure
  • Abuse
  • Accident-related damage
• Record parts, materials, and repairs details using company systems
• Document repair stories, root causes, and corrective actions to support warranty recovery
• Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed
• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years of fleet maintenance experience
• Experience of diagnosing and repairing Class 8 equipment
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• Familiarity with diagnostic software and computer-based repair tools
• Valid driver's license required
• CDL A or B also a plus
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks
• Proficient English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
