Redhills Front Desk Staff - FT Full-Time position – Weekends Required Swing Shift (3pm - 11pm) Description The Front Desk Staff serve as a role model for the Switchpoint model, embodying our culture and values. By leading through example, they foster a positive and productive environment for both staff and tenants. The Front Desk Staff works to enhance tenant satisfaction while ensuring compliance with facility rules and capabilities. Job Responsibilities Understand and implement switchpoint’s mission and values and adhere to all policies and procedures Provide exceptional customer service to all guests of the facility Keep a daily log of all occurrences within the facility for each shift Actively listen to the needs of the residents and act to meet those needs appropriately. Report any resident concerns to case management and management. Complete perimeter checks around the building and walk-throughs in the building to ensure the safety and security of residents. Report to management and document any concerns. Handle security issues/complaints by involving either non-emergency dispatch or 911 for emergency/criminal services Make sure all visitors have checked in/out of property Make sure all visitors are off property by curfew Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements Previous experience working with homeless/mental illness individuals is highly preferred. Knowledge of domestic violence, mental health, and substance abuse issues Exhibits a positive and compassionate attitude, sensitivity, and the ability to work well with others in a close residential setting. Model positive behavior, appropriate boundaries, and the ability to use sound judgment during times of crisis. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
