Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Plough Line Operator to join their team. As a Plough Line Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Plough Line Operator
Location: Sparta, WI
Pay Range: $22.05 plus $1.25 shift differential
Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. with overtime on Fridays as needed
What's the Job?
- Operate assigned production and processing equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
- Scan and dump raw product into processing equipment efficiently and accurately
- Fill and verify containers to meet specified requirements
- Operate labeling equipment and apply bands or seals to containers securely
- Package finished products and stack on pallets for shipment
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or machine operation preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
- Capability to lift up to 55 pounds consistently
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions
- Forklif experience or willingness to train
