Custom Event Graphics Installer , you’ll oversee the on‑site execution of custom event graphics—ensuring every install meets SHOUT!’s premium standards. Responsibilities Lead installation and removal of custom graphics (dance floors, wall wraps, bar facades, etc.) Execute installs within defined time windows (typically 6–8 hours; removals 3–4 hours including travel) Schedule installations typically range from early morning to mid/late afternoon or early evening. Removals are often late night the same day or early morning the next day. Collaborate with your install assistant/team to ensure efficiency and quality. Represent SHOUT! professionally on‑site with clients, planners, and venues. Maintain precision and attention to detail under time‑sensitive conditions. Qualifications Experience in hands‑on work (event production, construction, staging, or similar) Strong work ethic and ability to perform in fast‑paced environments Detail‑oriented with pride in delivering high‑quality work Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license Comfortable with physical work (lifting, bending, active movement) Ability to work weekends consistently (schedule varies based on bookings) Additional Considerations WE ARE LOOKING FOR A 2-PERSON TEAM (Having an install assistant or two in mind who would work well with you, is a major plus) $45–$65+ per hour equivalent (per‑project pay structure) Pay is per job basis.
