Insomnia Cookies is super hyped to open our third store in the Greater Jacksonville area later this month and we are actively interviewing Cookie Crew candidates this week for our soon to open Five Points store located at 815 Lomax St. Jacksonville FL 32204!
As a member of the Cookie Crew you are the ultimate Insomniac. Not only are you the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, but you also get to bake all of our awesome Warm and Delicious cookies as well!

- Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
- Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & a scoop of ice cream
- Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
- Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery
- Prior experience in a customer service focused role - preferred
- Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
- Ambitious nature
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
