Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Wilmington, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment. You will respond to security-related concerns, document observations, and provide exceptional customer service through clear communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 08:00 AMTue12:00 AM - 08:00 AMWed12:00 AM - 08:00 AMThur12:00 AM - 08:00 AMFri12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, grounds, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and document relevant observations and incidents. Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
