Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

LPN - ClinicSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasionally until 6:00 PM if needed)Assignment Details:Contract Length: 13 weeksGuaranteed Hours: 80 hours every two weeksRequirements:Valid LPN licensePrior clinic experienceExperience in Family Practice, Behavioral Health, Internal Medicine, or similar outpatient clinic environments preferredRoles & Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.Assist with patient assessments and evaluations.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings.Compliance / Notes:Pay for holidays is based on hours worked on the day of the holiday.
