Quality Inspector - Graveyard Shift

Graveyard Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM Temp-to-Hire Are you detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work? We are looking for a Quality Inspector! Join a supportive team where you’ll help ensure product quality while building your skills in manufacturing.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Perform visual and dimensional inspections using inspection tools and gauges Record inspection results and prepare quality reports Identify and communicate defects or parts that do not meet specifications Provide samples and quality requirements to production teams at startup Support investigations, interpret inspection procedures, and assist with rework Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for the next shift

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and follow written work instructions Basic math, writing, and computer skills Ability to use basic inspection tools and gauges accurately Ability to lift, reach, and pull 10 lbs. frequently and 30 lbs. occasionally Manufacturing experience and familiarity with plastics or part drawings are preferred
