Corporate Counsel for Legal AI Training
$100 - $130 per hourSaidGig
Apply your technology transactions experience to help improve AI systems used for real-world contract review. This remote, part-time contractor role focuses on contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining workflows, helping AI identify legal risk and interpret contract language with greater precision and judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, delivering expert feedback that improves performance and output precision.
- Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for rigorous, consistent assessment of AI contract-task performance.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidance, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
- Help shape how advanced AI is trained, evaluated, and applied in legal work.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of in-house experience in technology transactions, including negotiation of MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- Deep experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining technology-related agreements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- A demonstrated interest in innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
- Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives.
- Corporate law firm experience in M&A or private-equity fund formation.
Work Terms
- Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $100 to $200 per hour.
