Bilingual communication skills are a plus!Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance servicesExperience meeting sales and customer satisfaction goalsRespond promptly to customer questions in person, by phone, and by email.Follow up with customers to support the service process.Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.Total RewardsThe Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00.This is a performance driven position, eligible for short/long term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales, and Individual Gross Profit, and Bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and physical location.
