Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Details:
State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees. Troy Peterson - State Farm Agent My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Byron Center, MI and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:

Position Details:
- Full-time, in-person role
- Base pay is based on experience and ranges from $40k - $60k per year
- Bonuses, commissions, and performance incentives for a potential total pay of $50k-$70k per year
- Vacation and holiday pay
- Health insurance pay included
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- No insurance experience required, but increased pay available based on experience and licensing.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
