RRT – Respiratory TherapistSchedule: 48-hour shifts, every other weekend required, must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)Assignment Details: Orientation: 36 hoursRequirements: Washington state license in hand, RRT certification, 2 years of experience preferred, with at least 1 year minimum, experience in trauma (Level I) and pediatrics/adolescents preferred, references: 2 required (covering 1 year within the last 3 years)Roles & Responsibilities: Provide respiratory therapy and patient care for a variety of patient populations, including pediatrics/adolescents. Perform ventilator management and weaning, tracheostomy care, and airway management (oral/nasal airway, suction). Administer aerosol therapy and perform ABG interpretation. Participate in rapid response and trauma situations as necessary.Compliance / Notes: Must submit time-off requests up-front during submission. No fee for parking. Floating may be required between units and sister facilities; refusal to float may result in termination or loss of guaranteed hours.
