Senior Pastor

High Pointe Church is a movement of Christ-followers, not a building. We exist to know Jesus and make Him known through WeWillBe, WeActivate, WeImpact and WeMultiply. As Senior Pastor you will champion this calling in Graham, WA, activating faith, multiplying disciples and leading a people who sacrifice and serve so the world encounters Christ.

Performance Objectives

• Preach and teach the Word weekly so that 80% of regular attenders can articulate a next step in discipleship within 12 months.
• Activate faith by launching or strengthening two new missional communities or outreach initiatives each year that produce measurable first-time decisions for Christ.
• Multiply disciples: develop and deploy a reproducible pathway that equips 25 new disciple-makers annually.
• Lead the church to WeImpact the local community through sacrificial service, resulting in at least one documented partnership that serves 500+ people yearly.
• Cast and steward a unified vision so that giving, volunteer engagement and baptisms each grow 15% year-over-year.
• Raise and release leaders who plant or strengthen additional High Pointe expressions within three years.

Environment & Resources

You report to the Elder Board and work alongside a small, passionate staff and volunteer core in an early-stage, non-profit church of 1–10 paid team members. You will have access to existing digital tools, a modest ministry budget and a congregation already committed to WeWillBe living. Location: Graham / Puyallup, Washington.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven fruit in preaching that produces transformed lives and measurable discipleship growth.
• Track record of multiplying leaders and launching new ministries or campuses.
• Deep personal walk with Jesus marked by prayer, Scripture and sacrificial service.
• Ability to align a congregation around a clear, reproducible mission (WeActivate, WeImpact, WeMultiply).
• Theological alignment with evangelical, Bible-centered doctrine and a heart for the unchurched.
