Our Pine Street Kingston practice is looking for an experienced General Dentist to join an established clinical team and serve a loyal patient base that has trusted this practice for approximately 50 years .

This is an opportunity to practice broad-scope dentistry in a collaborative environment where quality comes before quantity , while still having the resources and operational support of a boutique DSO.

With approximately 10–12 patients per day , you’ll have the opportunity to focus on thoughtful diagnosis, comprehensive treatment, and creating patients for life.

You’ll join a team that includes 4 General Dentists, an Oral Surgeon, 2 Periodontists, an Endodontist, and an experienced hygiene team of 4 full-time and 2 part-time RDHs.

The practice also utilizes advanced technology, including CBCT , and offers a broad range of dental services to support patients throughout their dental journey.

At Pine Street Kingston, you’ll have:

We’re looking for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive General Dentistry and is comfortable treating a broad range of cases.

Your clinical scope will include:

• Comprehensive General Dentistry
• Crowns and Bridges
• Extractions
• Diagnosis and treatment planning
• Comprehensive treatment planning
• Patient education and treatment acceptance
• Building long-term patient relationships

This is an excellent opportunity for a broad-scope “Super GP” who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering comprehensive care.

We’re seeking an experienced clinician with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to patient care.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has 2+ years of clinical experience
• Has completed a GPR or AEGD residency , preferred
• Is comfortable practicing broad-scope General Dentistry
• Demonstrates a proven track record of clinical excellence
• Prioritizes quality of care over production volume
• Builds trust and creates lasting patient relationships
• Is motivated, driven, and committed to professional growth
• Works effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Is confident treating a diverse range of comprehensive cases
• Takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience

We have two full-time schedule options available:

Option 1

• Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Option 2

• Monday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Target start: September / ASAP

• 33–35% of production/collections
• $800–$850 daily guarantee for the first 6 months
• Average daily production of approximately $4,000

Relocation assistance is subject to a two-year commitment .
