Back Help Desk Level 1 Tech Support Manchester , New Hampshire Temp to Perm Per Hour Aug 3, 2026 $20.00 - $25.00 Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Help Desk Technician for a local client in Manchester, NH. The Help Desk Technician will be tasked with remote and in-person support for local businesses. Our client is willing to offer training and recent grads/junior candidates are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities Include Providing remote and in-person support to local businesses including operating system issues, Active Directory/Office 365 support, network connectivity troubleshooting, peripheral device support, and more. Providing exceptional customer service and professionalism as the face of the organization for customers. Travel to local businesses for hands-on support needs. Qualifications include Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, CIS, Networking, or a related field. 1-3 years of technical support experience preferred. Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, networking, and PC hardware. Industry Certifications (A+, Network+, etc.) preferred. Valid transportation, clean driving record and ability to pass background checks. Pay Range: $20-25/hr Note: This position is fully onsite with travel requirements.
