The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Vice President, Treasury Operations to join our growing Finance and Treasury team. This role will be responsible for managing the Bank's daily liquidity, cash forecasting, treasury operations, and banking relationships while supporting strategic funding and operational initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in treasury management, cash operations, and financial services, combined with a proactive mindset and a passion for building scalable processes within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Bank's daily cash positioning and liquidity.
• Monitor and forecast cash inflows and outflows to ensure sufficient funding for business operations.
• Oversee treasury operations, including payment timing, cash movement, and banking activities.
• Evaluate liquidity needs and support funding decisions related to client credit facilities and working capital requirements.
• Identify treasury risks and proactively recommend solutions to optimize cash management and operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with the Treasurer to enhance treasury processes and support strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Lead treasury technology and banking connectivity projects, including SWIFT, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and related treasury infrastructure.
• Build scalable treasury processes to support the company's continued growth.
• Provide FX middle office coverage
• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as required.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 5-10 years of Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance, or Banking experience.
• Master's degree, MBA, CTP or other relevant professional qualification preferred
• Experience managing corporate liquidity and cash forecasting.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations and banking relationships.
• Experience within financial services, banking, or another complex financial environment preferred.
• Experience managing treasury technology and connectivity implementations preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with treasury management systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of governance and compliance.
