About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Corporate Treasury team, with a focus on leading the Capital Planning and Analysis function. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the company's capital, liquidity, and funding strategy, including the development of capital structure strategy, and managing the associated bank group relationships. This role requires a proven leader with deep experience in debt issuance, capital markets execution, and investment portfolio management. The Vice President will also oversee the company's corporate credit facility, lead regulatory capital and liquidity management, and be a key partner in M&A activities from a Treasury perspective. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, advanced financial modeling capabilities, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. The role demands a professional who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, making informed decisions, and is adept at managing the company's capital structure and liquidity resiliency framework. An advanced degree or MBA is preferred, and the ideal candidate will have experience in a large, complex organizational setting. The role is pivotal in maintaining strong rating agency relationships, supporting shareholder capital return decisions, and ensuring compliance with capital and regulatory requirements.
