Podiatrist

Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and motivated Podiatrist to diagnose and treat a wide range of foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and be eager to take on a full patient panel from day one. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for both clinical and surgical practice. Key Responsibilities Perform physical examinations and diagnostic assessments of the foot, ankle, and lower extremities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Conduct in‑office procedures and surgical interventions as clinically indicated Prescribe medications, orthotics, and physical therapy as part of comprehensive treatment Educate patients on preventative foot care and post‑treatment recovery Maintain detailed and accurate medical records using EMR Collaborate with medical assistants, surgeons, and referring providers to coordinate care Requirements & Qualifications Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited program Current and unrestricted state podiatry license (or ability to obtain) Completion of a 3‑year Podiatric Medicine & Surgery Residency (PMSR) with RRA certification preferred Board Certified or Board Eligible in Podiatric Surgery Strong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities Enthusiastic, team‑oriented, and committed to high‑quality care What You’ll Bring Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions Proven initiative and a proactive mindset—you're someone who takes ownership, problem‑solves, works with a sense of urgency and drives projects forward Adaptability in fast‑paced, evolving environments; comfortable navigating ambiguity and change Alignment with our core values which are Care, Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Nurturing & Grit A positive attitude and team‑first mentality that contributes to a supportive and inclusive workplace culture Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Continuing education support and professional development opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer Allevio is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
