Director of Battery Systems Engineering for UAS (Ann Arbor)

Redwire Defense Tech is seeking a Director of Engineering, Battery Systems in Ann Arbor to lead the full lifecycle delivery of autonomous battery systems for UAS. You will manage hardware, software, and manufacturing engineers, driving cost, schedule, quality, and safety in aerospace/defense contexts.

You will partner with the CTO and product owners and own the battery R&D budget while shaping a multi-year roadmap and ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
