Director, Group Underwriting: Lead Growth & Risk

Prudential is seeking an experienced Director, Group Underwriting to lead a regional underwriting team, drive profitability, and manage risk across Premier and National Accounts. You will partner with Distribution, Actuarial, Claims, Product, and Finance to set market strategies.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Group Insurance underwriting, proven leadership, and a track record of delivering growth with disciplined risk controls in a dynamic market.
