We are also counting on you to innovate./ppYour primary client is Kroger, one of the worlds largest retailers and the third largest employer. You are expected to build strong, trusting relationships with your Kroger stakeholders and influence their decisions that drive long term customer loyalty./ppRole Responsibilities/ppIn this role, you will help shape the vision, development, and rollout of pricing and promotion products used by Kroger merchandising partners. You will leverage industry-leading price science, optimization expertise, and AI-driven capabilities to support product innovation that strengthens Krogers ability to connect with customers and compete effectively in the market./ppOn a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, business partners, and end users to shape product strategy, gather and translate business requirements, and support adoption of pricing and promotion solutions. You will act as a bridge between business, product, data science, and technology teams to ensure product capabilities align with user needs, strategic priorities, and operational processes./ppYou will work closely with the Enterprise Pricing Promotion Data Science team to build a strong foundation in 84.51 price science methodologies and applications. You will also develop expertise in Krogers pricing, merchandising systems, and business processes, while staying informed on customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry innovations that can influence product direction./ppAdditional responsibilities include supporting product roadmap planning, identifying opportunities for enhancements, assisting with change management efforts, and helping measure product impact and user adoption.
