Healthcare Executive Placements, Inc. (HCEPInc) is seeking an Interim Manager, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI), for a W2 Contract position based in Pasadena, CA. Schedule: Full time, Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks with high likelihood of extending Compensation: This position offers a daily rate of $660 to $685 which equates to $3,300 to $3,425 per week (based on a 5-day workweek) Per Diems: Lodging: $191 per day and Meals & Incidentals: $86 per day Per diems are paid daily, 7 days a week, totaling $1,939 per week Total Weekly Compensation (Daily Rate + Per Diems): Between $5,239 to $5,364 per week Benefits: Paid sick leave, Paid holidays, Co-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, Cafeteria plan access and 401(k) retirement plan. Summary: Seeking a strategic and results-driven Interim REI Manager to lead regional ambulatory operations within the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility department. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, improving patient care delivery, and aligning departmental initiatives with organizational goals. As part of a one-year pilot program, the position will focus on building an infrastructure to support physicians in meeting new infertility requirements across the region. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of clinical insight (preferred), business acumen, and leadership experience to manage complex workflows and multidisciplinary teams effectively. Essential Functions: Lead daily operations to optimize patient care and ensure compliance. Analyze data and develop actionable strategies; create ad hoc reports to support performance improvement. Manage HR functions including training and performance management. Prepare, monitor, and maintain audit documentation. Standardize care delivery through strategic initiatives and cross-functional workstreams. Utilize data analytics to align departmental strategies with enterprise objectives. Monitor resource allocation to ensure efficient staffing and utilization. Drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes and implementing technology-based solutions. Align performance metrics with departmental priorities. Experience in Women's Health or Ob/Gyn clinical settings preferred. Work shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Clinical and non-clinical candidates will be considered with a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications: BSN or Bachelor's in Healthcare related field highly preferred.
