As a Meeting Planning Associate, you will execute regional advisor meeting coordination for the NACG Advisor Group , supporting both virtual and in‑person events designed to engage large audiences efficiently. You will manage logistics, invitations, and event execution using tools like Cvent , while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality meeting experiences. This role plays a critical part in scaling how we connect with advisors through well‑executed, impactful events. I am the person Capital Group is looking for. San Antonio Base Salary Range: $57,437‑$91,899 Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $61,176‑$97,882 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
