divh2Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN/h2pLPN assumes resident services, oversees day-to-day activities and personnel within your service area. This position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism due to constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction./ph3Duties and Responsibilities:/h3ulliProvide nursing care to patients as assigned/liliAssist the Resident Services Coordinator in supervising house cleaning and laundry/liliAssist in managing and monitoring the delivery of all resident services including: personal care, medications, health care/liliAssist the Resident Service Coordinator in implementing the Service Management System, focusing on resident services delivery/liliAdministers and records medications and treatments as assigned./liliAssist in hiring, training, supervising, and developing resident service staff. Order and maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and supplemental services for residents/liliAssist in providing routine care, observe patients health, assist doctors and registered nurses, and communicate instructions to patients regarding medication, home-based care, and preventative lifestyle changes/liliObtain a documented report from any private aid/home health working with a resident/liliReport and document any changes in patient/residents condition to the Doctor and Administrator/liliPrepares for and assist Physicians and others with diagnostics and treatments/liliAssist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients/liliObserve and reports patients vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)/liliRecords on patient charts observation of patients responses to nursing care rendered/liliMaintain environmental conditions conductive to the comfort and safety of patients/li/ulpExperience:/pulliRN/LPN: 1 year (Preferred)/li/ulpLicense:/pulliRN/LPN (Required)/li/ulpBenefits:/pulliHealth insurance/liliDental insurance/liliVision insurance/liliPaid time off/li/ul/div
