Job Description

Guardian Community Care is seeking dependable, compassionate CNA Caregivers to provide private-duty care for a client in the Clayton, NC area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNA looking for consistent 12-hour shifts , with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Position Details

Position: CNA Caregiver
Location: Clayton, NC
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
Employment: Full-time or part-time
Full-time: Three 12-hour shifts per week
Weekend availability: Preferred

Responsibilities

The CNA Caregiver will provide hands-on care and support based on the client's individual care plan. Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with activities of daily living
Personal care and hygiene
Bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
Toileting and incontinence care
Mobility and transfer assistance
Meal assistance as needed
Companionship and supervision
Maintaining a safe and clean care environment
Following the client's care plan and agency policies
Reporting changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor

Required Qualifications

Current CNA certification
Previous CNA, home-care, or direct-care experience preferred
Current CPR certification
Current TB test/screening or willingness to complete required TB screening
Reliable transportation to the Clayton area
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care
Ability to successfully complete required employment and background screening
