Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy

AH Group is seeking a Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy to lead the development and execution of a cohesive, scalable marketing function that supports long-term growth. This role is responsible for establishing clear marketing strategy, elevating brand positioning, and building the structure, discipline, and capabilities required to operate at scale. The ideal candidate brings both strategic depth and hands‑on experience, with a proven ability to build systems, mentor teams, and translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes. This is a senior leadership role designed for someone who can set direction, create clarity, and raise the standard for how marketing is executed across the organization. Key Responsibilities Own and drive enterprise-wide marketing and brand strategy Translate company growth objectives into clear, actionable marketing plans Establish marketing priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics Partner with executive leadership to align marketing with business goals Position marketing as a core growth function Brand Strategy & Positioning Define and strengthen brand positioning and value proposition Ensure consistency in messaging, voice, and visual identity Oversee brand governance across digital, sales, events, and internal communications Evolve the brand to reflect scale and sophistication Demand Generation & Commercial Enablement Design and execute a data-driven demand generation strategy Partner with Sales and Operations to support revenue growth Oversee programs supporting account-based marketing and market expansion Track performance metrics including lead quality, conversion, and ROI Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team Establish clear processes and standards Coach team members on strategy and execution Assess future hiring and agency needs Build a scalable and resilient marketing organization Execution Oversight & Operational Excellence Oversee execution of core marketing initiatives Provide strategic direction for trade shows, website, content, and sales enablement Ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery What Success Looks Like Marketing strategy is clearly defined and operationalized Brand messaging is consistent and differentiated Marketing programs are measurable and tied to outcomes Team operates with clarity and confidence Marketing is viewed as a strategic growth partner Qualifications & Experience Required 5+ years of progressive marketing experience Experience building or scaling a marketing function Strategic and execution-focused leadership Strong team leadership skills Preferred Experience in high-growth organizations Strong analytical mindset Comfort operating in lean environments #J-18808-Ljbffr AH Group of Companies
