Outside Sales Executive - B2B Commercial Services Location: Jacksonville, FL Job Type: Full-Time | Outside Sales About the Opportunity Ascendo Resources is partnering with an established and growing commercial services organization in Jacksonville to identify a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Executive . This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and managing their own territory. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B sales opportunities throughout the Jacksonville market. Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits to prospective customers. Build relationships with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and other key decision-makers. Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand customer needs and present customized commercial service solutions. Sell recurring commercial services, including janitorial, floor care, maintenance, and other facility-related solutions. Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Manage daily sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities through CRM software. Collaborate with internal operations and account management teams to ensure a smooth transition of new customers. Stay informed about local market trends, competitors, and opportunities for territory growth. Qualifications 1-2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred, particularly in outside sales, territory sales, or business development. Proven ability to generate new business through prospecting and cold calling. Experience selling commercial services, facility solutions, uniforms, equipment rentals, staffing, payroll services, or other B2B solutions is a plus. Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working independently. Ability to manage a territory, prioritize opportunities, and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Comfortable conducting in-person prospecting and meeting with customers throughout Jacksonville. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: Approximately $55,000 annually. Uncapped Commission: Opportunity to earn based on individual sales performance. First-Year OTE: Approximately $80,000-$90,000. Second-Year Earning Potential: $100,000+.
