We believe exceptional outcomes begin with exceptional people, and we are intentionally building a team that shares that commitment. Why Join Camp Baer? Camp Baer offers the opportunity to help build something meaningful from the ground up. As a member of our opening team, you will have the opportunity to: Help launch a brand-new residential behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment program opening in November 2026. Help build and develop a high-performing, mission-driven clinical team. Establish a strong therapeutic culture centered on safety, dignity, accountability, compassion, and recovery.
