We're looking for enthusiastic team members to deliver exceptional support through phone and email while building valuable knowledge in employee benefits. This experience can open doors to future growth and advancement within our organization.

Why You'll Love This Role:

• Remote flexibility - work from home with a minimum of one weekly onsite meeting at our Salt Lake City office.

• Comprehensive training - a 4-16 week training program designed to set you up for success, starting with two week onsite training followed by virtual classroom training via Teams.

• All equipment provided - we'll ensure you have everything you need to thrive .

• Full-time schedule - 40 hours per week.

• Competitive Pay - $22.16 per hour.

• One year contract - We're seeking a candidate for a 1-year contract, with potential for extension based on your contributions and the company's priorities.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills and comfort using technology

• Proficiency in spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service call center or phone-based support role
