What You'll Do

• Provide rehabilitative and skilled treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Use evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions
• Administer procedures such as manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device support
• Monitor and communicate patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
• Document care in electronic health records adhering to regulatory standards
• Collaborate with health care team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Support patient counseling and education on treatment plans and recovery

What You Need

• Valid State Licensure for Physical Therapist Assistant
• Prior experience in long-term care or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and teamwork-oriented mindset
• Ability to follow clinical protocols accurately
