Job Title: Management Trainee – Sales Leadership Track
Location: Cape Girardeau / Jackson, MO Area
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person | Client-Facing

MCL Talent Partners is hiring for a premier local organization that promotes 100% from within . Every leader in the company started in this exact role — there are no outside hires for management.

This is a ground-floor sales position with a clear path to leadership. Ideal for people ready to leave shift work, physical labor, or dead-end retail behind.

What you'll do:

Meet face-to-face with business owners and professionals
Present Insurance and employee benefit solutions
Guide clients through enrollment and manage ongoing accounts
Run your own daily schedule of appointments and follow-ups
Participate in daily coaching, strategy sessions, and leadership training
