With offices in the U.S. and Latin America, you will work with experts in the industry on revolutionary technology solutions that have been deployed successfully around the globe.The Opportunity:We are seeking a User Experience Designer to join our growing team and have a strong preference for this position to be based at our worldwide corporate headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL.What you'll be doing:Work with the product manager to gather and document functional requirements for our SaaS platform built on top of Amazon Web Services with a focus on the contact center, artificial intelligence, and streaming media services Gather (Interviews, research plan) and evaluate user Information architecture for structural design in collaboration with product owner, business analysts and marketing team Demonstrated history of acquiring user data; (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research, and creating personas and journey maps. storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets; Build page navigation buttons and search fields Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Create original graphic designs (e.g., wireframes, clickable prototypes, and design specs) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and image Design UX Design system platform for collaborative team for a SaaS platform using human centered atomic design methodology Create and managing digital assets in a Design System Manager platform that connects design and code so teams can work smarter, faster, and more in sync (E.g., Invision, DSM, Adobe Design Systems) Develop sample content in a variety of ways (alone, in teams, and/or through the supervision of others) for the purpose of completing design mockups for presentations to stakeholders Work closely with application developers, and system administrators to ensure proper technical integration of the project requirements Stay abreast of innovations in UX best practices, tools and topics of interest to the UX community and help to infuse them back into the organization Develop rough interactive prototypes for desktop/mobile application interfaces to hand off to development teams Make recommendations for general improvement of application systems as it relates to our platformIs this role for you?3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer Extensive experience in designing SaaS applications developed using front end frameworks such as React, or Angular Experience in designing low and high-fidelity wireframes using tools such as Sketch, Figma, XD and Invision Experience in facilitating design sprints and innovation sessions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with Jobs To be done framework Highly self-motivated, energetic, passionate team-oriented personality and working style Proven ability to successfully partner with internal stakeholders from various parts of the organization and drive successful outcomes cross-functionally Ability to be adaptable and collaborate with product managers/designers, development teams, and others to deliver some awesome user centric designs and features in the contact center, artificial intelligence, streaming media and public cloud spaces Design System Manager experience a plus Experience and knowledge of contact centers, streaming media, AI/ML a plusIn addition to the perks of working with an awesome team, CloudHesive offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, training on cutting edge technology and partners (AWS), a flexible work schedule, responsible time off, standing desks, a kitchen filled with snacks chosen by our employees and much more!
