Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will be a pivotal healthcare professional delivering compassionate high-quality care that truly impacts our patients well-being and recovery.

Every day you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized comprehensive care making critical assessments performing skilled procedures and meticulously implementing patient care plans. • Applies nursing process to direct patient care through assessment analysis of collected data development of a plan of care and implementation and evaluation of effectiveness of nursing interventions/actions in relation to intended goal.
• Provides adequate information and instruction to the patient family and significant other.
• Observes collects and records patient biophysical psychosocial and self-care data identifying educational needs.
• Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans with the team.
• Administers medication.
• Ensures patient and staff safety.

Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am

Core Schedule: Week 1 Tue Wed; Week 2 Fri Sat; Week 3 Sun Mon; Week 4 Thu Fri

Job Requirements

Required:

• Oregon RN License
• AHA BLS within 30 days
• NRP within 6 months
• ACLS within 6 months
• Associates Degree in Nursing
• One (1) year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health

Preferred

• Family Birth Place experience
