White Oak Medical Center in Roseburg, OR is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner and/or a Physician Assistant to join our team!

Our primary care department is seamlessly integrated with our behavioral/mental health department as a single team working underneath the same building facility roof. This approach brings primary care and behavioral health professionals together to support the long-term health and well-being of our patients.
