Facility: Work from Home - Hybrid - Ohio Department: Accounting Schedule: Full time Hours: 40 Job Overview The Accounts Payable Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Accounts Payable function. This position combines hands‑on processing responsibilities with leadership and team development. Responsibilities Supervise AP staff and oversee workload distribution. Provide invoice processing support and resolve supplier issues. Coordinate AP workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing. Support and delegate responsibilities to Accounts Payable Specialists. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 5+ years of accounts payable processing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (including VLOOKUP and large‑volume data reconciliation). Strong math, customer‑service, communication, problem‑solving, and collaborative skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 1‑2 years of supervisory or lead experience. Experience with OCR invoice processing. Experience with Workday Financials.
