Job Description

A rapidly growing professional services and advisory organization is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the continued growth and expansion of a key industry-focused practice area.

This executive-level position is ideal for a highly accomplished accounting and advisory professional who combines deep technical expertise with a proven ability to develop client relationships, generate revenue, and build high‑performing teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic growth and development of a specialized advisory practice.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting, advisory, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Demonstrated success leading client engagements and managing executive‑level relationships.
• Proven track record of business development, revenue generation, and practice growth.
• Strong leadership experience, including managing and developing teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience within a public accounting, consulting, advisory, or professional services environment strongly preferred.
