Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a SmallTalk Developer to join their team. As a SmallTalk Developer, you will be part of the Specialty Software Engineering department supporting innovative initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: SmallTalk Developer Location: Wilmington, DE (2200 Concord Pike) What's the Job? Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Specialty Software Engineering Review and analyze complex challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors Contribute to resolving issues and collaborate with team members to meet deliverables Support large-scale planning related to Specialty Software Engineering projects Engage with client personnel to ensure project success and compliance What's Needed? 4+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent Proficiency in SmallTalk and offshore support, including Shannon support Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment What's in it for me?
