We're looking for a hands-on, senior-level Frontend React Developer with deep and focused expertise in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. You should bring a strong understanding of client-side architecture and a sharp eye for creating excellent user experiences. This is a mission-critical, long-term role on a high-visibility project where your contributions will have a profound impact.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, is passionate about UI/UX, and can deliver thoughtful, elegant solutions. You'll be a key implementer on our frontend team-not an architect or manager-but a go-to expert in translating vision into robust, scalable code.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain high-quality, responsive frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.


Translate complex design and UX goals into clean, maintainable code.


Serve as an executional leader and culture enforcer, supporting the direction set by the Frontend Technical Lead.


Uphold and enforce team-wide standards, best practices, and architectural constraints.


Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement features.


Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship, and help elevate the quality and discipline of the team.


Stay aligned with broader system design and architecture decisions, while contributing independently to critical functionality.


Bring professionalism, accountability, and a long-term mindset to everything you do.

Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of experience building modern frontend applications.


Deep, focused expertise in:


React


TypeScript


JavaScript


Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, performance optimization, and web standards.


Strong grasp of fundamental system design principles and application architecture.


Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.


Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with Tailwind CSS or other modern styling frameworks.


Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and frontend build pipelines.
