The Role: Heavy outbound calls & customer service interacting with high-profile clients like Canon. Includes cash apps & accounting tasks.

Requirements: * 1+ yr 1st-party B2B collections (No 3rd party)

• Leasing exp

• strong Excel, Word & writing skills

• Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Outbound Outreach: Conduct heavy outbound phone campaigns to business clients regarding past-due accounts.

• Relationship Management: Maintain exceptional customer service standards while communicating with high-value clients and corporate partners.

• Cash Application & Accounting: Handle cash application tasks, reconcile accounts, and accurately track financial data.

• Documentation & Reporting: Utilize MS Excel and Word to manage portfolios, track disputes, and draft professional correspondence.
