Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a production worker to join their team. As a production worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the machining and production processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the job?

• Operate and set up CNC and manual machining equipment with proficiency and minimal oversight
• Troubleshoot machining issues and utilize available resources to resolve problems efficiently
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machining activities, reduce costs, and improve quality
• Assist engineers, planners, and team coordinators in achieving machining and production goals
• Train and mentor team members on programs within the discipline as needed

What's needed?

• Basic understanding of machining processes and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes
• Minimum of 0 years of experience; training and certifications in related disciplines are a plus
