Accounts Assistant

Forensic Treatment Center – South, 5300 Arsenal St. St. Louis, MO. 63139 Semi-Monthly Salary: $1,467.39 * Starting Salary: $35,217.36 Responsibilities Monitors client accounts, processes transactions for CIMOR, Revolving Fund, Activity Fund and MHTF. Documenting and maintaining client valuables and funds. Client admissions and discharges making sure that all personal items including cash are accounted for and returned to client upon discharge. Handling cash on a daily basis and documenting all transactions and maintaining all records for such transactions. Sells lunch tickets and stamps, distributes consumer pay checks and processes checks for the facility and client needs. Requirements of knowledge of CIMOR and SAM II. Eligibility Knowledge of the accounting procedures and office methods and practices. Ability to make mathematic calculations and to meet deadlines Ability to review financial documents for accuracy with attention to details, to maintain automated and manual financial records. Knowledge of basic research methods related to financial transactions.
