Desktop Support Technician - Overnight Shifts Available

Available Shifts:

• Tech 6: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM (Saturday - Wednesday)
• Tech 8: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM (Tuesday - Saturday)

Top Required Skills

• 2+ years of Desktop Support experience
• Windows 10 and Windows 11 support
• Microsoft 365 troubleshooting (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office 365)
• Manufacturing environment IT support experience preferred

Preferred Experience

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) support
• Pharmaceutical or laboratory IT support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, remote tools, and in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Support Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and Active Directory environments.
• Manage and update incidents, requests, and tasks through ServiceNow.
• Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Utilize remote support tools such as Bomgar and Remote Desktop (RDP).
• Support virtual meeting technologies, including Microsoft Teams.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and ensure SLA compliance.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary and serve as a technical resource.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced team environment.
• Travel locally between sites as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and OneDrive.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Experience with remote support tools (Bomgar, RDP, etc.).
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and collaboration technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Seeking candidates interested in overnight support operations who are comfortable working independently while providing high-quality technical support in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
