About the Role

General Hotels Corporation is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Dual Sales Manager to join our team at the Homewood Suites at Keystone and the Tru by Hilton . We're looking for someone who thrives on building connections, identifying new business opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

As a Dual Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in growing hotel revenue by securing group business, meetings, events, and guest room blocks while developing lasting relationships with clients throughout the market.
What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Prospect for new business opportunities
• Generate group room nights, meeting space bookings, and banquet revenue
• Conduct property tours and sales appointments
• Negotiate contracts and secure new business
• Prepare BEOs, group resumes, and event documentation
• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
