Field Service Technician

Technical Support Representative Responsibilities Include: Provide technical customer service through telephone support Resolve technical problems and answer customers’ queries Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment Recommend the purchase of services or spare parts Record, maintain and update field reports Perform on‑site installation and commissioning of customers’ equipment Provide technical training on equipment use and preventive maintenance to the customer and its employees Profile Qualifications: 3 to 5 years’ experience in technical and after‑sales service Formal training in instrumentation, automation and industrial maintenance Ability to work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components, and with PLCs Customer-focused Sales Associate Responsibilities Include: Market and Customer Development Project management Travel to costumers (USA/Canada) Develop new customer accounts Maintain professional, regular and timely contact with existing accounts Attain sales objectives and provide forecasting Provide customer need/requirement feedback Develop competitive analysis and account background Participate in various corporate sales initiatives Profile Qualifications: 5 to 10 years professional sales experience within material handling systems or industrial packaging equipment College degreed preferred Knowledge of electrical, mechanical components and PLCs Customer-focused #J-18808-Ljbffr
