The Roofing Project Manager oversees all aspects of roofing projects, ensuring timely completion within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance. Managing a medium-sized team, this role requires frequent on-site presence alongside effective communication with clients and coordination with the Operations Manager. The manager is responsible for planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance using a combination of manual tracking and common project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule roofing projects from initiation to completion
• Oversee budgets and control project costs
• Coordinate a medium team of 6-15 members
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to safety standards
• Maintain safety compliance according to OSHA regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet project demands
• Manage project schedules and timelines
• Conduct regular on-site inspections and monitor progress

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction project management
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• OSHA Safety Certification
• Proficiency in project scheduling and budget management
• Strong skills in risk management and problem solving
• Demonstrated team leadership abilities
• Experience with quality control procedures
