You will be using your professional demeanor, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills to service new and existing accounts to achieve sales goals and service standards. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $42,000 base salary and can earn additional compensation during their first year with sales commissions. Are you an experienced customer service representative? Amazing! If you are an experienced and insuranced licensed customer service representative looking for a new opportunity, this may be the place for you. Experienced and licensed applicants start with a $46,000 base salary and top performers earned an additional $12,000 in commission last year. You will also benefit from additional training and development opportunities, making this a great opportunity to transfer and grow your skills. Responsibilities
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
- Schedule appointments to meet prospective customers.
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.

- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
