Data Reporting Specialist

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the day-to-day production, delivery, and maintenance of recurring reports, dashboards, and operational reporting products.
• Clean, format, organize, and prepare healthcare, pharmacy benefit, operational, and client data for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with analytics, product, clinical, account management, and operations teams to gather requirements, clarify business rules, and support new or enhanced reporting products.
• Respond to internal data requests and complete ad hoc reporting and research with appropriate oversight, documentation, and validation.
• Maintain reporting procedures, data dictionaries, quality-control checklists, issue logs, and version-controlled templates.
• Apply healthcare and clinical context when reviewing data, recognizing unusual patterns, and communicating potential concerns to the appropriate subject-matter experts.
• Communicate findings, status updates, risks, and process changes clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders and support hypercare.
• Project work in support of CRM and accounting system maintenance and integrations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 01 year of experience in data entry, reporting, or analytics preferred.
• Coding Languages & Querying: Python, SQL, DAX, Power Query (M), VBA
• Libraries & Analytics: Pandas, NumPy, OpenPyxl
• Databases & Platforms: Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric
• Data Prep & ETL: Data Cleansing, Data Validation, Data Transformation, Data Normalization, Data Merging
• BI Platforms: Microsoft Power BI (Desktop & Service), Tableau, Microsoft Fabric
• Spreadsheet Engineering: Advanced Excel, PivotTables, Complex Formulas, Power Query

Qualifications & Skills:

• Quality Assurance & Detail Orientation: Demonstrated ability to perform detailed reviews, identify inconsistencies, maintain accurate records, and follow controlled processes.
• Process Improvement: Ability to evaluate current workflows, identify inefficiencies or error risks, and implement practical improvements that strengthen quality and timeliness.
• Communication: Communicates clearly and professionally in writing and verbally with technical teams, business partners, and leaders.
• Documentation & Organization: Ability to maintain clear procedures, requirements, audit trails, schedules, and version-controlled reporting materials.
• Learning Agility: Initiative to expand technical and business knowledge, resolve roadblocks, and adapt prior expertise to new reporting and analytics responsibilities.
• Perseverance & Resiliency: Ability to manage competing priorities, follow through on commitments, meet deadlines, and remain effective during change or periods of high demand.
• Quantitative Skills: Ability to apply percentages, ratios, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and reasonableness testing in reporting and quality-control activities.

• The base salary range for this position is $55,000 $65,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location.
