Insurance Agents specialize in providing life insurance and multiple lines of coverage to individual customers and small businesses. This role involves both independent work and team management, focusing on client consultation, policy sales, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs
- Sell life insurance and multiple lines of insurance products
- Provide ongoing customer service and support
- Manage policy renewals to maintain client coverage
- Work independently while also managing a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in insurance sales
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
