About Travel Guard

This roleis part ofour Travel Guard team. Travel Guard isaleading travel insurancebrand, serving millions of leisure and businesstravelersworldwide. Established in 1982 we offer a comprehensive portfolio of travel insurance solutions and globalassistanceservices. Travel Guardoperatesservicecentresacross Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring 24/7 support to helptravelersnavigate unexpected circumstances that may disrupt their plans.?Travel Guardbecame part of Zurich Cover-More in December2024.

What you'll be doing:

You'll run and provide internal reports using Excel as requested.

-You'll assist with month end tasks, confirming numbers and reviewing reports.

-You'll complete offboarding account requests.

-You'll offer recommendations within your team and collaborate with other internal departments we support.

-You'll complete contract renewals and policy exception requests.

-You'll update tracking logs and enter/update account information into company database.

What skills and experience you'll bring on this journey:

You'll have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Underwriting or business-related experience.

-You'll possess an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

-You'll possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

-You'll demonstrate the ability to effectively multi-task and problem solve.
